Well I had a few ideas tossing around in my head, I was sticking with the sign at the limits of South Bend. "building a 21st Century City" really stuck in my mind and i had a few venues. My intial intention was irony but i have decided to move on to "a work in progress". This series show "the progress" of South Bend. - Stephen Yuen
